Interior

The villa is approached via a secured electronic gated driveway to the front with parking for several vehicles. 

The entrance porch leads into the expansive open plan living/dining area offering amazing sea and beach views, a baby grand piano and access to the covered terraces and alfresco dining areas. This internal area caters for indoors dining if required and boasts a fully integrated entertainment system including a wall mounted TV with IPTV, Blu- Ray DVD and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection. There is a guest cloakroom next to the hallway. 

The professional spacious kitchen has been designed to comprise the latest in technology with an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 x American fridge/freezers, 2 x wine coolers, 2 x dishwashers, 2 x electric oven, steam oven, microwave, hot plate, grill, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and Nespresso coffee machine.

The games/entertainment space on the lower level, which overlooks and has direct access to the terrace, pool area and lower gardens, can be accessed by the main staircase from the living/dining room. There is a sitting area, with IPTV TV, DVD player and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection.

A pool table and a bar create a unique and socially active space. Hidden inside a cupboard there is a small kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and ice maker. 

The fully equipped state of the art gymnasium includes, Multi gym, cross trainer, weights, Technogym equipment consists of 2 x exercise bikes, 2 x running machines, 2 x rowing machines.

Next to the gym there is a WC/Shower Room.

Also on this level there is a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom Suites Main House

All the bedrooms in Villa Casa Grande are unique in style.

Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is the Master Suite with walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. The bedroom has views of and access to a covered terrace with seating and the upper lawn.

Four further bedroom suites are located on the same lower level as the games/entertainment area:

1) The Gold Suite, with super king sized double bed and en-suite shower room decorated with golden tiles has direct access to the poolside terrace.

2) The Traditional Suite with king sized double bed and en-suite walk-in shower provides direct access to the poolside terrace and enjoys truly spectacular views of both the pool and beach beyond.

3) The Expansive African Suite with super king sized double bed, dressing room and en-suite shower/bathroom boasts a unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button allowing bathing under the stars in true Hollywood style.

4) The Round Suite with themed circular super king sized double bed and en-­suite shower room provides direct access to the poolside terrace and offers spectacular views of both the pool and beach beyond.

Guesthouse

Facing the swimming pool is the two story Guesthouse. Upstairs is the place to party, enjoy pre-dinner cocktails at the bespoke designed bar in the comfort of the lavish but contemporary lounge area or pause for a while on the covered terrace and take in the stunning sea views. The lounge area has a plasma TV with IPTV, DVD player and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection.

Downstairs are located three bedroom suites.

1) The Twin Suite with two single beds and en-suite hydro-massage shower.

2) The Central Suite with king sized double bed and en-suite walk-in shower.

3)The End Suite with king sized double bed, en-suite walk-in shower and dressing room.

Exterior

Step outside to the pool area and discover the classically designed rectangular 16 x 6 M infinity pool constructed using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles shimmering in the sun. The pool has a motorized cover and can be heated if necessary in the spring or autumn by payment of a supplement. The pool is chlorine free with a saline system.

There are plenty of sunbeds  available including double beds. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space all set in mature gardens with manicured lawns.

The covered terraces, with professional gas BBQ, feature magnificent dining tables enjoying panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night. A gate at the end of the lower lawn provides access to the pathway leading directly down to the spectacular sandy beach.

About the area

Villa Casa Grande is located on a clifftop overlooking a magnificent sandy beach equidistant between Albufeira and Vilamoura.

Golden sands abound right on your doorstep, including Praia da Falesia, less than ten minutes' drive away, recently rated one of the world's top ten beaches. Hidden coves, warm blue seas and striking cliffs will delight you and your children. Olhos de Agua, the local village, still operates as a traditional fishing town.

Amazing golf courses ranging from The Victoria, and The Balaia Village location to the first class “pitch and putt par 3” along with it’s Tennis academy.
